Refund and Returns Policy

At Malwi, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, including pickles and Jeeravan, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12hours of ordering. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the no returns policy applies.

4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
